v10.0 is out. The upgrade is currently 50% off. It's excellent. It has a new layout with a box around each font character. You can set a black background, if you choose. But the big new feature is the font info. You can either click the magnifying glass at the bottom left of the character window to keep font info on, OR you can choose a font character with the cursor then hit CMD-i to see a font info box for that character. 5 star as ever! Here's the FULL LIST of CHANGES: FEATURES • Redesigned UI (classic functionality meets modern design) • New magnifier view with more info and details • New visualization for shortcuts • Spanish language support • Full Unicode 15 compatibility • Built-in layout for Emoji 15.0 • New insertion modes • New and easier navigation concept • Added support for Swift code insertion IMPROVEMENTS • Optimized for macOS Sonoma • Improved dark mode for comfortable viewing • Stability and performance optimization • Various cleanups and improvements under the hood

I'm trying to update my PopChar. The only license key number I have (July 2022) is not working, and I can't find any way to contact them for customer service. My late husband is the one who always did all this for me, and I'm struggling to make sense of why I can't do this upgrade. Can you offer any suggestions for how to contact someone who can tell me what license key to use? Any help you can offer would be gratefully received. The Ergonis website talks about how their goal is to solve problems in a user-friendly way, but it's really mystifying that they would not give a customer support contact so they can solve my problem.
